WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal.

HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU RESPOND TO MY INQUIRY?

We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received and aim to respond promptly. Typically, we reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

After an order is placed, our warehouse team processes and ships it within 24 hours. As a result, it is sometimes only possible to make address changes under specific circumstances. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately with your name and order number so we can try to correct it before the package ships. We cannot guarantee changes will be possible, especially once the package has left our warehouse, but we will do our best to assist you!

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Order processing usually takes one business day after placing the order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours. However, if our warehouse is exceptionally busy, the processing time may extend to up to 3 business days after your order.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse processes and ships all orders from Monday to Friday (except on major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped within 8-12 days.

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple packages, which could arrive 1-2 business days apart.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived in less than perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times depend on the destination of your order and its proximity to our warehouse. Our cutoff time for orders is 5:00 PM GMT. Orders are processed within one business day. Shipping typically takes 8-12 days (Monday to Friday). More specific delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

For our UK customers, we use Royal Mail or DHL for deliveries.

WHAT CONDITION MUST PRODUCTS BE IN TO BE RETURNED?

All products must be returned in the same condition as when received (in their original packaging and unused).

IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?

There is no restocking fee.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

For faulty items, we cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (including exchanges), you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
